Bethesda’s gory, hectic first-person demon shooting gallery is set to be released in Japan on March 1st of next year. This will certainly be a game to watch closely to see how it performs in Japan. Bethesda has been doing a wonderful job supporting Nintendo since the launch of the Switch, and the more their Switch efforts are supported around the better it will be for all of us. As of October 2017, according to vgchartz.com, DOOM only sold 40,000 copies in Japan, so hopefully the Switch version will fare better for the title. It is an awesome game which deserves as many sales as it can get.
Other games Bethesda has supported the Nintendo Switch with are Skyrim and the soon-to-be-released Wolfenstein 2.
