While playing Harvest Moon or Story of Seasons, you might have heard about Yasuhiro Wada. He is responsible for both listed titles and he has another new project coming to Nintendo Switch and Playstation 4: Little Dragons Cafe! But what exactly is your objective and when does this game hatch exactly?
In Litte Dragons Cafe the story unfolds like this (via Aksys Games):
The story opens with a twin brother and sister learning to cook and manage a small café under their mother’s tutelage. All was peaceful and routine until one morning when the twins discover that their mother has fallen into a deep sleep and won’t wake up. Suddenly, a strange old man appears to inform them that they must raise a dragon in order to save her. Working together with three quirky café employees, the two siblings must figure out how to a wrangle a dragon and manage the family business while finding a way to save their mother.
With this heavy task in mind, you suddenly become a parent on top. Will you be able to manage that to get help for your beloved mother? Besides raising a dragon, you are cooking for your own cafe as well. You learn and discover new recipes as well as ingredients as you travel around. Of course, for fresh crops right in front of your house, you can take on your farming, too.
I guess you get the idea, right? It is impossible to overlook the love Yasuhiro Wada brings in this game from the previous titles he developed. It sure looks like a cute game!
With a listing for both standard and limited edition, Amazon US also has a release date: August, 24th! Although, it is not official and can yet be changed again. But it would fit the attempt of releasing it in summer, as Aksys Games previously had stated earlier this year.
