New Octo Expansion Details For Splatoon 2 INKoming!

The new Octo Expansion that is highly anticipated will include a bunch of interesting new features. Last week, it was announced that you can play on a level which will actually destroy itself. Sounds pretty interesting, doesn’t it?

In a video that was released today, we have have learned of a new feature in the DLC: the inklings make it rain in the single-player mode! Yes, you can actually play with the rainmaker equipped to reach a given goal! This mode is a really good opportunity to practise your skills for the ranked modes since the drill is the same. Obtain the rainmaker by bursting the bubble encasing it, grab onto it and make your way over to the enemies side to bring it to the goal.

But what would be that without the thrill of enemies chasing you down? No worries! AI Inklings will try to stop you on your way to success. We have yet to wonder what the expansion will bring next when it launches this summer. Together with the lovely lady trio Pearl and Marina as well as with Cap’n Cuttlefish, the mysterious Agent 8 has to explore 80 levels in single player mode. With such a variety already announced, other modes might become available as well?!
